This Weeks Question:
What is one book that you would be nervous to see a movie adaption of because you think the movie could never live up to the book?
When books get turned into movies, there's alot of content that hits the chopping block. I understand why this has to happen; you can't have five hour movies, but I can't think of a single part of Beautiful Disaster I could live without. If they cut out one of my favorite scenes, I'd be devistated. Also, I'd be terrified of the casting. Nothing ruins a book turned movie more than actors that don't fit the characters. For example, Peeta from Hunger Games nearly ruined the movie for me. I just don't know if Hollywood would get this one right.

Up until his transformation for The Lucky One, I would have called myself crazy for saying this, but I think the new and improved Zac Efron could pull off Travis. Especially with his new muscles and high-and-tight haircut for the Lucky One. Either him or Taylor Kitsch. He may be a little too old, but daaaamn he's hot. He's also one of my picks for Christian in 50 Shades of Grey.

DeleteI've never heard of this book, but it sounds really great! I haven't seen Zac Efron in the Lucky One, but I've only ever seen him in those kid movies and shows that it's hard to imagine him as somebody old and mature. We'll see, though, right?

DeleteI hated Josh as Peeta too! Actually I just hate Peeta (*gasp* right?) I never liked Peeta at all. I've never read Beautiful Distaster, I'll have to check that one out. And Taylor Kitsch is quite possibly the hottest man on Earth, just sayin!
